Sheet layers are the ideal way to present your drawings for publication. So begin with a new Sheet Layer. Then use the Create Viewport command to add a viewport. In the Viewport settings you can select which Design Layers and which Classes within those layers you want to display. You can also crop the viewport to exclude unwanted content and add Annotations. You can even override the styling of individual classes to give a whole new look.
And it doesn’t stop there. You can have multiple viewports on a Sheet Layer. This is really handy for showing vignettes of Layout and location details giving the reader extra context to help make the concept more understandable. Effective communication with your project stakeholders is a key part of success. Made possible by connectCAD and Vectorworks - the winning combination.
